O.T.WEST is able to provide therapy services to clients with funding through:

• St John of God Subiaco Occupational Therapy Home Visits (by referral);

• Department of Veterans Affairs (by GP referral)

• Consumer Directed Home Care Packages (HCPs)

• Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

• White Oak Home Care Services (by referral)

• Stirling Community Care (by referral)

• Baptist Care Home Care Packages (by referral)

• Ocean Gardens Home Care Packages (by referral)

• Insurance Commission of WA;

• Trust Funds;

• NDIS-Self managed and Plan managed funds (we currently have availability for Paediatric clients)

• Work Cover;

• Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management Program;

• Australian Defense Force;

• Private Health Insurance Funds who may offer a rebate for occupational therapy;

• Private funding;
